I’m sorry for the silence here on the blog over the past couple of weeks. I have been working intensively behind the scenes to finish my new cookbook, and as you can imagine, creating a cookbook takes a lot of time when you do every step yourself. From developing the recipes and testing them carefully to photographing the dishes, writing the instructions, organizing the content, and making sure everything looks clean and easy to follow, it has been a big project. I also designed the cover, so this book has truly been a hands-on labor of love from start to finish.
Now I’m very happy to share my brand new cookbook with you. It is called Easy Everyday Recipes, and it includes 83 simple recipes for healthy everyday cooking. Every recipe in the book is low-carb, gluten-free, and sugar-free. For this cookbook, I also decided not to use any sweeteners at all, which means the recipes are completely sweetener-free as well. The result is a practical collection of everyday meals and basics for anyone who wants to keep cooking simple, nourishing, and suitable for a low-carb lifestyle.
This cookbook was created for real life. The focus is on food that can fit into ordinary days, whether you are preparing a quick meal, making a side dish, planning something satisfying with eggs, cooking fish or meat, or looking for simple low-carb alternatives to bread and similar foods. The recipes are meant to be approachable, clear, and useful, without complicated ingredients or unnecessary fuss.
Just click this link to visit the page where you can find more information about the book. The cookbook is available as an eBook in .pdf format, so you can download it and start using it right away. I may publish a printed version in the future, but for now, the digital edition is the available format.
