Strawberry Kiwi Yogurt Popsicles are a refreshing frozen treat for a hot summer day. Made with fresh strawberries, fresh kiwi, and creamy vanilla Greek yogurt, these colorful popsicles are simple, fruity, and fun to eat. They are a great choice when you want something cool and satisfying without making a complicated dessert.

Homemade popsicles are one of the easiest summer snacks to prepare. Many versions can be made by pouring fruit juice into molds and freezing them, but these strawberry kiwi popsicles have a creamier texture thanks to the yogurt. The fruit gives each pop a bright, fresh flavor, while the yogurt helps bring everything together into a smooth, lightly tangy frozen treat.

This recipe uses only three main ingredients: strawberries, kiwi, and vanilla Greek yogurt. There is no need for a long ingredient list or special preparation. The strawberries are blended with part of the yogurt, the kiwi is blended with the remaining yogurt, and then the two mixtures are layered in popsicle molds. Once frozen, the result is a pretty red and green popsicle that is just as appealing to look at as it is to eat.

These strawberry kiwi yogurt popsicles are especially nice for families because they feel like a treat while still being made with real fruit. Kids love the bright colors and sweet fruit flavor, and adults appreciate how easy they are to make. They are ideal for backyard afternoons, pool days, picnics, or anytime the weather calls for something cold and refreshing.

Greek yogurt works well in this recipe because it is thick and creamy, but you can use your favorite yogurt if you prefer a different style or flavor. Vanilla yogurt adds a mellow sweetness that pairs well with both strawberries and kiwi. If you like a tangier flavor, use plain yogurt; if you prefer a sweeter pop, choose a yogurt that already has the level of sweetness you enjoy.

The best part about this recipe is how flexible it can be. Strawberries and kiwi make a classic combination, but the same method works with other soft fruits. When raspberries are in season, they can be blended with yogurt for a similar frozen snack. The basic idea is simple: puree fruit, mix with yogurt, layer or swirl, freeze, and enjoy.

Because the recipe does not require cooking, it is also a good one to make with kids. They can help add fruit to the food processor, spoon the mixtures into the molds, and place the sticks in the popsicles before freezing. The hardest part is waiting for the popsicles to freeze completely.
